Our data protection partner Astrid has launched data protection and GDPR training for will writers and estate planners with online learning platform, Udemy.
The Information Commissioner's Office has been writing to UK registered businesses asking them if they need to pay their data protection fee.
The GDPR will apply in the UK from 25th May 2018 and is similar in many ways to the existing UK Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
