New Regulations

The consumer has now been afforded increased protection when it comes to contractual dealings with will writers. As of 14th June new regulations will supersede the ‘doorstep selling’ regulations of 2008. As a consumer you now have 14 days with which to cancel a contract agreed with when visited by a will writer.
