There may be many different reasons for an inheritance, will or trust dispute. Some of our clients dispute a will for reasons such as lack of mental capacity or undue influence, or the fact the will was made during the COVID-19 pandemic, while others may be seeking to remove an executor or a trustee from a trust. No matter the cause of the dispute, our team will talk every client through the process and their options.   We are also frequently instructed via our trust corporation to act as independent administrators for estates.

Why choose Lime Solicitors?

We are one of only a few firms to have members of ACTAPS and STEP within their team. We currently have two partners, two associates and two solicitors exclusively undertaking inheritance and trust dispute work.

We have continually achieved Feefo’s Platinum status and, in early in 2023, we were awarded one of Feefo’s first ever Exceptional Service awards, which is a brand new accolade given to organisations that demonstrate high levels of customer service.

We focus on resolving matters and working with our clients to find amicable and cost effective solutions, ideally without the need for court proceedings. However if court can’t be avoided then we will represent clients at court and fight hard to protect their interests, whilst offering pragmatic and constructive advice.

Disputes of this nature can be costly; both financially and emotionally, which is why we are dedicated to achieving positive outcomes. We are able to offer no-win, no-fee agreements and other methods to fund claims.

You can watch our video where we discuss our approach to these claims on our YouTube channel.
