Dear colleagues,
On behalf of The Society of Will Writers I would like to thank everyone for all the comments, emails, phone calls and other messages that we have received over the last week. Your stories, memories, and words of love and support for Brian, his family, as well as the Society’s team have been immensely comforting to us all.
For those concerned, Brian’s Funeral will take place on the 22nd of June 2020 at 2:30pm. I know there are many of you who have expressed a desire to attend, and whilst Brian would have loved for you all to be there, the current circumstances sadly do not permit it. It has however been arranged for the service to be livestreamed so that anyone who wishes to pay their respects will be able to do so from home instead. If you would like access to the livestream, please contact the office and we will provide you with the details.
It was at Brian’s request for family flowers only and donations to be made in lieu, and his family have set up a JustGiving page where donations can be made in support of Marie Curie who were a big help to them. You can read their story and make any donations at the following link:
Please be advised that on the day of the funeral the offices will be closed as a mark of respect. This includes the Society’s head office, The National Will Archive, The College of Will Writing, as well as WillPack and SWW Trust Corporation.
I would like to thank you all for your support at this difficult time.
Kind regards,
Anthony Belcher
Director, The Society of Will Writers
