In light of the recent YouGov survey 63% of the UK adult population don’t have a valid Will. This figure is down on the statistic that we have previously seen bandied around (circa 2011) which suggested that the figure was closer to 67%.
The Society of Will Writers (SWW) is a professional trade association for Will Writers and Estate Planning professionals which was created in April 1994. It started with 5 founding members and has grown to become the largest organisation of its type today.

Once a year the SWW organises an event for the benefit of its members and the wider estate planning industry. This event gives people a chance to come together to hear a number of engaging and relevant speakers and to speak to our carefully selected exhibitors. This year is no different.
