The Society of Will Writers (Services) Ltd T/A The National Will Archive have doubled the size of their Will store. The business has moved to a new facility in Blackwood Court, which has today been officially opened by North Kesteven District Council.

The Society of Will Writers have released our annual conference for 2016. This will be our 20th annual conference and we have secured a host of great speakers and exhibitors to mark the occasion. (10th/11th October 2016)
When looking at the state of the Will Writing industry in 2016, the profession remains largely unchanged. We expected some changes back in May 2013 when the Lord Chancellor Chris Grayling's decision to reject the recommendations of the Legal Services Board (LSB) to regulate will writing by making it a reserved activity came as a shock.
'Where is my Will?' is a question that our team often get asked. Either that or 'A family member has died, i'm looking for their Will, what should I do?'.
The Society of Will Writers is a non-profit making self-regulatory organisation whose primary objectives are the advancement, education and ethical standards within the will writing profession.
