The Legal Services Board (LSB) are conducting some research to better understand the legal services market which is not covered by the regulators they oversee. The Society of Will Writers has agreed to share a survey link with its members. The survey is anonymous and asks about the services will writers offer, how those services are resourced and the businesses are structured. LSB will share anonymised responses with the Society, so that it can better understand the nature of the businesses of its members. It will also provide members an opportunity to informally benchmark themselves against the market.
